Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the PABiH, Dr Denis Zvizdić, receives the first Ambassador of Ukraine to BiH on his inaugural visit

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Denis Zvizdić, received today on his inaugural visit the first Ambassador of Ukraine to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Volodymyr Bachynskyi.

During the meeting, discussions focused on bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine, as well as on possibilities for enhancing cooperation at the political, economic and parliamentary levels. On this occasion, Zvizdić welcomed Ambassador Bachynskyi and wished him a successful and constructive mandate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ambassador Bachynskyi expressed his gratitude for the reception and for the continued respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. He underlined Ukraine’s commitment to strengthening friendly relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to intensifying cooperation in areas of mutual interest. He thanked Zvizdić for his participation in all meetings of the Crimean Platform in support of Ukraine held at the parliamentary level.
