Speaker of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH dr. Denis Zvizdić received the newly appointed ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Bosnia and Herzegovina on his inaugural visit

"The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (PA BiH), Dr. Denis Zvizdić, today received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Manahan M.H. Sitompulo, on an inaugural visit.

During the meeting, Speaker Zvizdić wished Ambassador Sitompulo a successful mandate, expressing his belief that his mission will further improve friendly relations and cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Indonesia, especially in terms of parliamentary relations, economy, education and culture.

Ambassador Sitompul thanked for the welcome and emphasized the readiness of the Republic of Indonesia to continue developing partnership relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina for mutual benefit. He expressed interest in strengthening institutional cooperation and exchange of experiences between the legislative bodies of the two countries.

Speaker Zvizdić and Ambassador Sitompul agreed that there is significant potential for intensifying bilateral cooperation, especially in the areas of trade and tourism, as well as through mutual support within multilateral forums."
