18. session of the Council of National Minorities of BiH was held today

At the 18. session of the Council of National Minorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was held in Kakanj, it was agreed that the First Conference of National Minorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held on May 21, 2024, in the building of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo.

The Program for the Promotion of Minority Rights in BiH with a calendar of joint activities with the governments and institutions of the countries concerned as well as with international institutions was discussed at the session. It was agreed that this Program will be finalized and adopted at the next session of the Council of National Minorities of BiH.

Members of the Council of National Minorities of BiH also attended the events that marked April 8, World Roma Day, in Kakanj. (end)
