Meeting of the 4th session of the Ad-hoc Investigative Committee of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH) for collecting information on the work of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments

A public hearing was held with members of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments at the 4th session of the Ad-hoc Investigative Committee of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH) for collecting information on the work of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments.

The Ad-hoc Committee also reviewed information provided by the members of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments regarding the discontinuity in the operational work of the Commission, the divergence of views of the members of the Commission, and the activities carried out by the Commission which are not in accordance with Annex 8 to the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Representatives of the Administrative Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice of BiH and the Audit Office of the Institutions of BiH also participated in today's meeting of the Ad-hoc Investigative Committee of the House of Peoples.

The Committee will prepare a report and a proposal for conclusions, along with the official statements of the BiH institutions regarding the work of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments, and will submit them to the House of Peoples of the PA BiH and other relevant institutions of BiH.
